Habitat for Knowledge
Habitat for Knowledge empowers people through clear, actionable steps to address climate challenges. We believe that recognising the unique environmental issues facing communities, and knowing the most effective response, is essential to making real progress in climate resilience and long-term sustainability.
We provide skilled facilitation of experiential learning on topics of nature such as local biodiversity, invasive species, pollinators, native flora, fauna and more!
We are highly experienced in delivering sustainability programmes which include climate action, workplace sustainability, circular and green economy, and energy efficiency.
Due to Habitat for Knowledge’s ongoing ecological survey work, we are continuously developing in-depth knowledge of Irish wildlife and society’s relationship with it. This wide range of work plays a big role in our comprehensive understanding of Irish habitats.
Yosef Dvores kickstarted Habitat for Knowledge following his work as Head of Sustainability at Veri Connect to continue his life-long passion of driving purposeful environmental change.
Yosef has been designing and delivering a wide range of biodiversity and sustainability courses for Irish businesses, local authorities and communities for over half a decade. With nearly 12 years of ecological experience, he is a capable trainer. He has developed and conducted inspirational and informative training programs and awareness events for over 15,000 learners.
Yosef has designed and delivered for a wide range of projects including ESB Sustainability Navigators, SEAI, 7 LEADER companies, 9 Local Authorities, 8 TidyTowns groups and 2 environmental consultancy companies.
A keen photographer, Yosef’s pictures have been published in magazines, calendar and blogs. All pictures on the website (except the ones taken of him) are from his collection.
